By accessing and using Fanbre's services, submitting inquiries through our website, or entering into any business relationship with Fanbre, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These terms apply to all business partners, including distributors, brand owners, e-commerce sellers, gift companies, and any other entities engaging in B2B transactions with Fanbre for portable fan manufacturing services.

Important: These terms govern B2B commercial relationships only. Fanbre does not engage in direct consumer sales.

Orders & Payment Terms

Order Requirements

  • Minimum Order Quantity: 2000 units
  • Sample lead time: 7 days
  • Production lead time: 20-30 days

Payment Terms

  • 30-50% deposit upon order confirmation
  • Balance payment before shipment
  • Accepted methods: T/T, L/C

Order Modifications

Order changes must be requested in writing before production begins. Changes after production commencement may incur additional costs and delivery delays.
